Mary "Jennie" Ennis Little

Mary Virginia “Jenny” Ennis Little, age 76, of Abingdon, Va., passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2017, in the Select Specialty Unit of Bristol Regional Medical Center. She was of the Pentecostal faith and was a loving wife and mother to nine children.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Ray Little; father, George Willard Ennis; mother, Ava Jessie Ennis Little; two brothers, Robert Ennis and Lemmie Minor Little; sister, Faye Harless; and half-brother, Delmar Bridgeman.
She is survived by nine children, Linda Dunn Parks of Saltville, Va.; Judy Gail Mitchell (Paul Mitchell) of Meadowview, Va.; James Ray (Verna) Little of Abingdon, Va.; Sandra (Chuck) Long of Abingdon, Va.; Louise (James Hubbard) Helton of Meadowview, Va.; Frida Jean (Joseph David Fields) Fields of Abingdon, Va.; Sue (David) Harless of Abingdon, Va.; Steven (Kristie) Little of the home; and Adam (Kay) Little of Meadowview, Va.; two sisters, Linda Jean (Jimmy) Price and Patricia Gaye Little both of Abingdon, Va.; half-brother, Dallas Bridgeman of Abingdon, Va.; 29 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren (including two special grandchildren, Christopher Little and Brantley Helton); special companion, James Fields of Beckley, W.Va.; and dear friend, Joseph Johnson of Abingdon, Va.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, February 16, 2017, at Knollkreg Memorial Park with Bro. Danny Owen officiating. Pallbearers will be Wes Helton, Catalino Juan, Adam Little, Stevie Little, Chad Thompson, Allen Wright, and Eddie Wright will serve as pallbearers. Michael Little, Chuck Long, Jose Rivera, Kevin Spencer, and Joey Wright will serve as honorary pallbearers. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m.-2:45 p.m. Thursday, February 16, 2017, at the funeral home.
