Mary Lois Leonard Broyles

Mary Lois Leonard Broyles, age 78, went to be with the Lord Saturday, September 14, 2013 at the Wellmont Hospice House.
She was born to the late Coy Leonard and Leona Leonard on September 4, 1935 in Appalachia, VA. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her brother, Ronny Leonard.
She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, James Guy Broyles, Sr.; three sons: James Guy Broyles, Jr. and wife Carol of Bristol, VA; Louis Broyles and wife Sheila of Hays, NC; and Roy Emerson Broyles and wife Pat of Southport, NC; three brothers: Coy Leonard, Jr. and wife Barbara of West Chester, OH; Phillip Leonard and wife Darlene of Appalachia, VA; and Charles Leonard and wife Jenny of Summerville, SC; three sisters: Nora Boy and husband Hugh of Althal, FL; Betty Carroll and husband Daniel of Chattanooga, TN; and Linda Rebhoz and husband Phil of Ft. Pierce, FL; sister-in-law, Cora Sue Leonard of Kingsport, TN; five grandchildren: Devon Broyles of Bristol, VA; Telana Fairchild and husband Jacob of Upton, MA; Chris Broyles of Hays, NC; Josh Broyles of Wilmington, NC; and Amanda Broyles of Hays, NC; one great grandchild, Rylee Broyles of Bristol, VA; and special neighbors, Jody and Angie Moore.
Visitation will be from 2:00-2:50 p.m., Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service. Family and friends will travel in procession to Knollkreg Memorial Park for a graveside service at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday with the Reverend Paul Collins officiating. Pallbearers will be Chris Broyles, Emerson Broyles, Jim Broyles, Josh Broyles, Louis Broyles, Scott Broyles, Jacob Fairchild, and Jody Moore.
