Mary Whittaker Wolfe

Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Whittaker Wolfe, age 80 went to be with her Lord on Sunday, November 1, 2015. She is survived by her husband of 63 years Garland C. Wolfe, Sr., two daughters Brenda Nunley and husband, Larry, Linda Wyatt and husband, Rick and one son, Garland C. Wolfe, Jr. and wife, Joy all of Abingdon. Her loving granddaughters, Rachel Skeen and Husband, Steve, Jessica Marcum and husband, Jimmy, and Cindy Doss and husband, Tyler and her only grandson, Adam Wolfe and Five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by four brothers, Willie Whittaker of Abingdon, Kenny, Fred, and Herbert Whittaker all of Bowling Green, Va. The funeral service for Mrs. Wolfe will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 3, 2015 in the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service with Pastor David Robins and Reverend Adam Wolfe officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memory Gardens with Ervin Wolfe, Austin Wolfe, Darrell Whitaker, Steve Skeen, Tyler Doss, Jimmy Marcum, and John Booher serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from noon until time for service.
