Michael Wayne Hearl, age 58, passed away at Abingdon Health and Rehab on Wednesday, September 13, 2017. He was a native of Washington County, VA and a retired truck driver. Michael was known to have a heart of gold and was the proud family prankster.
Michael was predeceased by his parents James F. and Mildred Mae Hearl. Survivors are his son Anthony Hearl; daughters Kristen Hensley and Brandi Hearl; brothers Roger and Jimmy Hearl both of Abingdon, Allen Hearl and wife Alisa of Bluff City, TN, and Randy Hearl of Chilhowie; sister Patty Cox and husband Kenny of Mendota; and grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on at 2:00 PM on Tuesday September 19, 2017 at the Forest Hills Chapel of Farris Funeral Service with Brother Fred Reynolds officiating.
