Nancy "Sue" Clear O’Quinn, age 65, formerly of Glade Spring, Va., entered heaven on Wednesday, November 30, 2016, in Charlotte, N.C.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Woodrow Marshall Clear and Lucille Wagner Clear. Sue is survived by two daughters, Kelli Davis and husband Robert of Williamsburg, Va. and Melissa Anne DeBord and husband Aaron of Waxhaw, N.C.; two sisters, Marie Hofmann and husband Dave of Summerville, S.C. and Phyllis Reavis and husband Bill of Candler, N.C.; six grandchildren, Justin O’Quinn and wife Erika, Devon Luckey, Logan DeBord, Addison DeBord, Claire DeBord, and Abbott DeBord.
A funeral ceremony will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, December 4, 2016, at the Forest Hills Chapel of Farris Funeral Service, 19415 Lee Hwy., Abingdon, Va. 24210, with Pastor Junior Gobble officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memory Gardens where Ken Merrill, Kenny Long, Devon Luckey, Logan DeBord, Addison DeBord, and Danny O'Quinn, Jr. will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. Sunday at the Forest Hills Chapel prior to the funeral ceremony.
