Neoma Faye Lawson

Neoma Faye Lawson, age 64, of Abingdon, Va., went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 2, 2021, at the Rehab Center at Bristol.

She was preceded in death by her sons, Christopher and Timothy Lawson; parents, Eugene and Helen Hathaway; and brothers, Joe and Glenn Hathaway.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Ted Lawson; daughters-in-law, Latisha and Tina; grandchildren, Chandler, Abigale, Whitney, Riley, and Ryan; siblings, Judy Poe, Gordon Hathaway, and Pam Vanlieu; sister-in-law, Linda and Wendy Hathaway, and Ellen Henline; brothers-in-law, Rick and Mike Alston and Eddie Lawson; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 5, 2021, at 4:00 p.m. at the Gathering Place, 15610 Porterfield Hwy., Abingdon, Va. 24210, with Randy Camper officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 3:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. at the church.
