Nevaeh Rose Ruth Fields

Abingdon, VA – Nevaeh Fields, age 6, passed away along with her grandfather, Louis Perry, on Sunday June 29, 2014, in Chilhowie, VA. Nevaeh had just completed kindergarten at Watauga Elementary School. She enjoyed riding her bicycle, drawing, and spending time with her Barbies. In addition to her maternal grandfather, she was preceded in death by a sister, Angel Fields. She is survived by her parents, Johnny and Crystal Perry Fields of Abingdon, VA; maternal grandmother, Peggy Lerendu Perry of Chilhowie, VA; paternal grandfather, John Fields of Abingdon, VA; paternal grandmother, Freda Fields of Saltville, VA; two brothers, Damien Little and Gideon Fields; uncle and aunt, Anthony and Samantha Perry of Chilhowie, VA; and uncle, Timothy Ray Little. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, July 3, 2014, at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service with Rev. Adam Wise officiating. Interment will follow in Glade Spring Baptist Cemetery with Johnny Fields, John Fields, Anthony Perry, and Damien Little serving as pallbearers. Visitation with the family will be held 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. just prior to the service.
