Patricia Ann Sherfey

Patricia Ann Sherfey, age 66, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at Ballad Hospice House. She was born in Bristol, TN, on August 23, 1956, to the late Charles Nunn and Violet Ruth Mitchell Nunn. Patricia graduated from Virginia High and attended Beaverview Baptist Church. She enjoyed quilting, listening to music and watching game shows, particularly “Let’s Make A Deal”. Patricia was a huge Dolly Parton fan and loved to go to Dollywood.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Roscoe Carson Sherfey and her son, Curtis Dewayne Sherfey.

Survivors include, her daughter Melina Perrin; three brothers, Charlie Nunn, Frankie Nunn, and Melvin Nunn; one sister, Elizabeth Lou Houser; 2 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; her friend, Henry Price; and her dog Boo-boo.

The funeral service for Patricia Ann Sherfey will be held on Friday, September 30, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Forest Hills Chapel of Farris Funeral Service, 19415 Lee Highway, Abingdon with David Robins officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until the time of the service. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be Henry Price, Gary Houser, Cody Houser and Max Lawson.
