Patsy Sweet

Mrs. Patsy D. Sweet, age 68, passed away Monday, December 14, 2015 at her home. She was born January 13, 1947 in Washington County to the late Charles Musick and the late Hazel Brown Musick South. Patsy retired from the Washington County Bank where she had worked as a bookkeeper. She loved dogs, cats, and spending time with family and friends. Mrs. Sweet was of the Baptist faith. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two infant children. Mrs. Sweet is survived by her husband of fifty-four years, Robert L. Sweet; one brother Larry Musick and wife, Arlena of Abingdon, Va; one sister Teresa Dixon and husband, Charlie of Piney Flats, Tenn; one niece Lori Ann Brodie and husband, Michael of North Carolina; nephew, Matthew Musick of Franklin, Ky;great-niece, Emmy Brodie; and great-nephew, Josh Brodie. Per Patsys request a graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 17, 2015 in Greenwood Cemetery in Alvarado with Pastor Gordon Smith officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be nephews.
