Railee Naomi Silvis, 2 month and 2 week old daughter of Dondra Whitaker and Justin Silvis, passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2016. She was the most beautiful angel in the world and is now in Heaven looking down on her MOMMY and DADDY; Uncle Connor Silvis of Bremmerton, Wash.; Aunt Brittany Cunningham of Meadowview, Va.; paternal Grandfather Michael Silvis of Morganton, N.C.; paternal Grandmother Linda Riezman of San Rafael, CA, maternal Grandmother Vicki Cunningham of Bristol, VA and maternal Grandfather Richard Lee Whitaker of Johnson City, TN. She is in Heaven with Grandma Judy, Grandma Tina, Daddy Hugh and Daddy Bruce, they are all looking down, smiling at us, and protecting us all.



Railee loved her MOMMY and DADDY sooooo ..much. She would smile, laugh, giggle, and with her bright oceanic blue eyes; looking at and observing everything and everyone. She loved all her family and especially her stuffed giraffe, that she talked to everyday. When Railee smiled, she could turn any bad moment into the best moment of the day; no matter what sadness was there. She truly was the most beautiful, pretty and perfect little princess mommy and daddy could ever ask for.

A funeral service for Railee Naomi Silvis will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday October 31, 2016 at the Forest Hills Chapel of Farris Funeral Service. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM prior to the service.
