Raymond S. Wright, 87, passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2012 at Greystone Health Care Center in Blountville, TN.
He was born to the late Shirley Wright and Rose Grey Wright on August 15, 1924. He is also preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Grace James Wright; daughter, Denise Kay Wright; and brother, Milton Earl Wright.
He is survived by his son, Ronald Earl Wright of Columbia, SC; and granddaughter, Rebecca Leigh Wright of Ashburn, VA; a niece and three nephews.
A cryptside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 15, 2012 in the mausoleum at Mountain View Cemetery, 1019 E Valley Drive, Bristol, VA 24201, with Reverend Laura Plaster officiating. Entombment will follow. The family will receive friends at the mausoleum from 1:30-2:00p.m., Wednesday.
