Robert Anthony Wright, 47, passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2011 in Johnston Memorial Hospital.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Edward and Kathleen Sawyers Wright.
Survivors include two brothers, David Wright of Meadowview and James Wright of Abingdon; three sisters, Blanch Wright of Abingdon, Mary Alice Wright of Bristol, and Virginia Fields of Chilhowie; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at Mt. View Baptist Church with Rev. Sherrell Dunn officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Johnston Memorial Cancer Center, 26079 Lee Hwy, Abingdon, VA 24211
