Mr. Ronald Howard “Neshi” Reynolds, 70, passed away Saturday, December 2, 2017, in Blountville, Tenn.
Ronnie was born February 23, 1947 in Washington County, Va. to the late William Reynolds and the late Sarah Clark Reynolds. Ronnie was well known in Abingdon for riding his bicycle.
Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by three brothers, William Junior Reynolds, Robert Reynolds and Cecil Reynolds; two sisters, Mary Abballe and Carolyn Oliver.
Ronnie is survived by by his daughter, Carolyn Elaine Helton of Greenville, Tenn.; one brother, David Reynolds of Abingdon; five sisters, Nannie Elizabeth Cox, Cecilia Rierson, Reginia Reynolds, and Darlene Ramsey, all of Abingdon, and Volga Reynolds Anderson of Cincinnati, Ohio; and two grandchildren, Jonathon and Nathan Helton of Greenville, Tenn.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. - 8 p.m. Monday, December 4, 2017 in the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Sinking Spring Cemetery in Abingdon with Dr. Bob Neace officiating. All those wishing to attend the graveside are asked to meet at the funeral home by 1:45 p.m. to go in procession to cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
