Samuel is deeply loved by his mommy and daddy, big brother, John Ryan “Bubby” Chapman, Jr.; maternal grandparents, Ronnie and Tina Trivett; paternal grandparents, Barry and Tiny Cook; great-grandfather, Ronnie Trivett, Sr.; and great-grandmother, Marie Hartsock; uncles, Len Cook, Daniel Cook, and Jonathan Trivett; aunts, Courtney Burger, Victoria, Alayna, Cassidy, and Emma Trivett; and several great-aunts, uncles, cousins, and many others.
Samuel will always remain his parents' precious baby and Bubby’s little brother, and they will hold him again in heaven one day.
At this time no services are planned.
