Meadowview, VA – Sharon Charlotte Broom Adams, age 79, passed on Sunday, August 27, 2017, in Bland County Nursing Facility. Mrs. Adams lived most of her life in Orlando, FL before moving to Virginia to live with her daughter in 2016. She is preceded in death by her parents, Elmer Stuart Broom and Myrtle Virginia Parker Broom; husband, David Henry Adams; and brother, Jack Broom.
She is survived by her daughter, Lealani Adams-Martin of Meadowview, VA; grandson, Zak Adams of Meadowview, VA; brother, Elmer Stuart Broom, Jr. of Georgia; and sister, Jeanie Amos of Hawaii.
At Mrs. Adams’ request, a private service will be held in Florida where she will be interred with her husband.
