Tibitha Dye Hite age 92 passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2012 at her home in Abingdon , VA.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dallas S. Hite; her parents, Anthony and Rita Barnett Dye; her sisters, Willie Gobble, Chloe Dye, Beulah Little, Clara Scyphers, Marvie Eldreth, and Bertha Cole.
She is survived by her daughter, Norma Hite of Abingdon and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service will be held at 1 pm, Saturday, January 7, 2012 at Forest Hills Memory Gardens with Bill Haywood, minister officiating.
The family would like to express their appreciation to Hospice of Southwest Virginia for the excellent care they provided prior to the passing of Mrs. Hite.
