Timothy Mark Mahaffey, age 60, passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2013 at Johnston Memorial Hospital.
He is preceded in death by his father, John Mahaffey; and brother, Michael Mahaffey.
He is survived by his mother, Verna Mahaffey of Abingdon, VA; daughters, Victoria Mahaffey and Ann Mahaffey both of DeFuniak Springs, FL; brother, John Mahaffey and wife Beth of Abingdon, VA; grandson, Gabriel Mahaffey; and former spouse, Gena Lewis of DeFuniak Springs, FL.
Visitation with the family will be from 4:00-6:00 p.m., Monday, March 18, 2013 at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service. A committal service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday at Knollkreg Memorial Park with Rev. Ellie Scofield officiating.
