Vickie Carol Keene Burnette

Abingdon, VA – Vickie Carol Keene Burnette, age 62, passed on Monday, July 26, 2021, in Bristol Regional Medical Center.  Vickie was preceded in death by her father, James C. McCracken; brother, Kenneth Keene; and special nephew, Jeremiah Wilson. 

She is survived by her daughter, Megan Renae Burnette of Bristol, VA; mother, Shirley McCracken of Abingdon, VA; sister, Diane (Tommy) Boyd of Bluff City, TN; brothers, Jimmy (Eve) McCracken of Abingdon, VA, Ronnie McCracken of Kingsport, TN, Mark (Vicky) McCracken of Bristol, VA, and Dale (Dawn) McCracken of Abingdon, VA; four grandchildren, Brooklyn, Hannah, Skilyn, and Amayia Vestal; expected granddaughter, Neveah Vestal; special companion, Nick; and several nieces and nephews. 

Visitation with the family will be held 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 28, 2021, in the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service.  Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday in Maple Grove Presbyterian Cemetery with Evangelist Timothy Hess officiating.  Pallbearers will be family and friends.  Those wishing to attend the service are asked to convene at the cemetery.
