Victor Glenn Sykes, age 63, of Bristol, Virginia, passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2023. Victor was born in Clintwood, Virginia on July 11, 1960. He was an electrician for many years. In addition to this, his hobbies consisted of woodworking, fishing as well as motorcycle riding. Victor was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Sykes.
He is survived by his mother, Norma Orr; his brother, Terry Sykes and wife Karen Sykes; his child, Nickie Hollandsworth and her husband Jordan Hollandsworth.
Visitation with the family will be held 5-6 p.m. Wednesday, August 2, 2023, in the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service. A memorial service will follow at 6:00 p.m. with Rev. Barbara Farmer officiating.
The family would like to give special recognition to the Thomas/Belcher family, Courtney Belcher and her husband Nick Belcher as well as her parents, Gary and Angie Thomas.
