Virgie Mae Price Osborne

Virgie Mae Price Osborne, age 89, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 1, 2017, at her daughter’s home. She was born May 11, 1927, to the late Dan Price and Mandy Viola Tuggle Price. She and her late husband, Reggie Hobart Osborne, farmed tobacco and kept a garden together for many years.

In addition to her parents and husband, Virgie was also preceded in death by three brothers, Henry, Howard, and Dale Price; two sisters, Gorgie Tuggle, Ernestine Perkins; and an infant sister, Bessie Price.

She is survived by her daughter, Mandy Viola Osborne of the home; brother, Ernest Price of Saltville, Va.; sister, Bonnie Harris of Glade Spring, Va.; and several nieces and nephews.

A cryptside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 4, 2017, in the mausoleum of Mt. Rose Cemetery with Bro. Tracy Puckett officiating.

Mandy would like to express a special thanks to the family and friends who provided support during her mother’s illness.
