Bronx, NY- Vivian Willie Anne Watkins Santona “He restoreth my soul: He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.” Psalm 23:3 KJV Vivian Willie Anne Watkins Santona was called home by our Heavenly Father on the 3rd of September 2014 at Calvary Hospital in Bronx, NY after a short illness. She was a member of Zion Hill Methodist Church in Meadowview, VA and attended other churches in New York faithfully. Vivian Willie Anne Watkins saw her sun rise on the 23rd of June 1933 in Meadowview, VA, the daughter of the late Daniel “Dan” Watkins, Sr. and Georgia Willoughby Watkins of Meadowview, VA. She was preceded in death by her brother, Daniel “Danny” Watkins, Jr. formerly of Meadowview, VA and her husband, Lawrence T. Santona formerly of Bronx, NY. Vivian is survived by her son, Lawrence Tambora Watkins and Sabine Toepfer of Frankfort, Germany; sister, Brooklyn Watkins Fullen and husband James of Meadowview, VA; four nephews: James C. Fullen and wife Regina of Meadowview, VA; Jeff Fullen and wife Amelia of Asheville, NC; Jonathan Fullen of Boone, NC; and Aaron Fullen of Meadowview, VA; niece Alex Raykowitz of Knoxville, TN; two grandsons, Christopher Watkins of Mainz, Germany and Gabriel Watkins and wife Aimee of Yuma, AZ; and great grandson, Luke Watkins of Yuma, AZ. She left a host of special cousins and friends in New York, Maryland, California and Virginia. Visitation will be from 2:00-3:00 p.m. on the 5th of October 2014 at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home with the Reverend Donald Claffey, BTH officiating. A private committal service will follow in Meadowview Cemetery.
